John Murray advises publicly and privately held clients on a range of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance matters, with experience assisting private equity firms and corporations through various forms of mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and other corporate transactions. John also has experience advising clients on general business matters, including shareholder and board matters, capital raising, and commercial relationships. With a breadth of corporate knowledge, John brings a strategic approach to client problems and develops effective solutions to suit clients' specific business needs.
