Overview

Joe Walsh represents corporate clients in complex commercial disputes. Well-versed in all stages of litigation, Joe works with clients from pre-suit strategy to appellate briefing. He has represented companies and individuals in state and federal courts and before domestic and international arbitration panels, and has significant experience in matters involving contract claims, business torts, project delays and public nuisances.

Prior to joining BakerHostetler in 2021, Joe externed for a federal judge, interned with the United States Department of Justice, and worked as a litigation associate in the Cleveland and Washington, D.C. offices of an international law firm.
