Joe Walsh is a business-minded litigator who represents clients from varied industries in complex commercial disputes. He has handled cases from start to finish in state and federal courts and before domestic and international arbitration panels.

Joe’s practice is diverse, though he often brings and defends claims based on breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, insurance coverage, public nuisances and various state and federal statutes regulating business conduct.
