Through his general litigation practice, Josh Rovenger represents clients in a variety of industries through all aspects of litigation. His ability to quickly dive into and comprehend a broad range of matters enables him to focus on connecting with his clients and putting himself in their position. He has litigated on behalf of clients against corporations and federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Education. Notably, he served as lead counsel in multiple nationwide class action suits regarding predatory student lending.
