Josh Jacobson's familiarity with judicial processes lends itself to his commercial litigation practice. He has a fundamental understanding of courtroom proceedings and the necessary preparations needed before litigation, gained from his time clerking and interning with district court judges. Josh also has experience drafting memoranda for civil and criminal cases, as well as disputes involving tax enforcement, civil fraud and arbitration. Josh strives to combine his skills and experiences to best assist clients in state and federal litigation.


  • Representing timeshare developer in prosecution of exit companies regarding alleged false advertising practices and violations of the Lanham Act.
  • Defending general contractor and surety company in federal court against alleged Miller Act violations and breach of contract claims brought by a subcontractor regarding a large federal government project in Hawaii.
