Overview

Judah Lieblich’s practice focuses on environmental law, energy, real estate development and hospitality. Judah works with clients in highly regulated fields including contaminated land development, pipeline management and timeshare. His work incudes providing counselling on land use and zoning issues, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

He has assisted his clients with negotiating purchase and sale agreements, environmental due diligence associated with commercial acquisitions, obtaining permits and land use authorizations and developing brownfields and contaminated land. He has also worked extensively with clients in the vacation and timeshare industries, advising developers and homeowners associations on matters ranging from product development to amendments to governing documents and compliance.

Judah was previously a practicing attorney in Australia, and this experience in a different legal system allows him to bring a unique perspective to problem solving, as well as to represent Australian clients.
