Overview

Justin Kadoura is a member of the general litigation team, with a focus on antitrust and data privacy matters. His past experience includes complex commercial, mass tort, product liability, consumer protection and Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations (RICO) litigation in individual actions, class actions and multi-district litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience dealing with all phases of litigation, with a particular focus on litigation strategy and brief writing in trial courts, appellate courts and administrative proceedings.

Justin's in-depth legal research and drafting skills were further enhanced by his clerkships with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for the Honorable Jane Richards Roth and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for the Honorable Paul S. Diamond.

Justin’s pro bono practice focuses on prisoner civil rights and habeas corpus litigation, including bail reform litigation, challenges to inadequate medical treatment and conditions of confinement at several Pennsylvania prisons, and collateral attacks on defendants’ criminal convictions and sentences in state court and through clemency applications.

  • Representing Equity Residential, a coast-to-coast real estate lessor, in defending against dozens of nationwide and local class actions in federal court alleging a Sherman Act Section 1 conspiracy in the purported multifamily residential real estate market. The complaints allege that Equity Residential and more than 30 other property developers conspired to use RealPage, Inc.’s pricing analytic software to fix residential lease prices.
