Kassity Mai focuses her practice on patent counseling, prosecution, and litigation. Kassity has worked with patents in a variety of technical fields, including electronic circuits, industrial machinery, consumer products, software, telecommunication systems, medical devices, and printer technology.
Prior to her legal career, Kassity worked for two summers at Boston Scientific and a semester in the Cardiovascular Simulations Laboratory at Duke University. Her research focused on medical devices for treating heart failure and cardiovascular diseases. During her undergraduate studies, Kassity also focused her research on biomechanics.
