She has extensive experience in performing U.S. and foreign trademark, copyright and domain name clearance, prosecution, registration and dispute resolution, as well as advising clients on IP protection strategies, infringement analysis, privacy and publicity issues, anti-counterfeiting measures, advertising and internet-related IP matters, including content distribution, piracy and fair use.

In addition to her substantial background regularly assisting companies across diverse industries with the development, management and leveraging of intellectual property assets, Katina has significant in-house counsel and law firm experience working on commercial transactions that involve technology and intellectual property. With a high level of proficiency for addressing complex issues, she helps clients with a range of agreements that support their businesses, particularly technology services, licensing, privacy and data protection, software, joint development and cloud computing contracts.
