Overview

Kelly Wray represents clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. She assists in the planning and implementation of transactions involving private equity groups and strategic buyers on both the buy- and sell-side in a variety of industries, including healthcare, food service, commercial real estate and technology. She also counsels clients on investments, including the planning and drafting of subscription documents and related SEC filings. Kelly strives to obtain a thorough knowledge of her clients' businesses and the roles they play in their respective industries, subsequently enabling herself to put her clients in the best position to achieve their strategic goals.
