Kendall Viator concentrates on commercial litigation and white collar crime as she builds her own growing practice. Thorough and methodical, she utilizes her considerable legal research and writing skills to support her colleagues by drafting motions, memoranda and pleadings.

Notably, Kendall gained valuable experience as a chief counsel and student attorney for the Southern Methodist University Criminal Clinic, where she argued and submitted motions to suppress and negotiated plea deals with prosecutors before a courtroom judge.
