Overview

Ken Prabucki is an accomplished litigator with considerable experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. He believes that effective advocacy begins with approaching clients as individuals in order to understand their needs, then developing pragmatic solutions that best suit their long-term goals. While Ken's approach often results in the favorable resolution of cases at an early stage, he also has extensive experience managing all stages of the litigation process, including discovery, drafting dispositive motions and ongoing settlement negotiations. In addition, Ken is prepared to take cases to trial when necessary, and has done so on several occasions. As a result, clients trust Ken to handle all aspects of their cases from start to finish.

In addition to his mainstream litigation practice, Ken also maintains a robust bankruptcy litigation practice. In that capacity, he represents the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) in matters involving regulatory and tax matters, and also serves as counsel to trustees in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
