Overview

David Anderson is an experienced litigator with over 20 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters across a wide variety of industries. He places a particular emphasis on high-stakes, bet-the-company litigation, assisting clients with difficult to navigate issues, such as business divorces between those in management and/or ownership in limited liability companies, partnerships, or corporations. His depth of experience includes litigation matters involving private equity investments in company assets across multiple industries, contract disputes, partnership disputes, non-compete and/or non-solicit disputes, disputes between franchisors and franchisees, trademark infringement, patent infringement, theft of trade secrets, real estate, and fraud matters. Additionally, he has represented clients on the state and national level on both the plaintiff and defendant side, including cases in the commercial and residential real estate industry, banking industry, RFID toll tag industry, healthcare industry, medical device industry, and the sales industry for various commercial products.

David spends significant time with clients at the outset of each matter, providing early case assessment and maintaining frequent communication throughout the duration of the case to ensure that his clients remain well-informed. Utilizing his substantial trial experience and open communication skills, he works closely with clients to prioritize risk and manage costs, bearing in mind his clients’ overall business goals.
