  • Counsels clients on the development of government contracts ethics and corporate compliance programs, including updating and revising codes of ethics, developing and providing training, and providing procedures for company personnel.
  • Conducts internal investigations on behalf of federal government contractors related to federal funding programs.

Successfully negotiated an administrative agreement and advised the company on compliance with its terms.
  • Represented contractors in bid protest proceedings at the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
  • Counsels government contractors in effective corporate compliance programs related to federal procurement standards.
  • Assisted in representing a drilling rig operator in multimillion-dollar arbitration related to contractual liability for a change-in-law provision.
