Overview

Lauren Sternbach works with public and private companies on their corporate transactions. Utilizing her experience assisting attorneys on a variety of matters, Lauren provides knowledgeable counsel on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business entity formations, stock and asset purchase transactions and debt financing.

She also assists members of the BakerHostetler team representing Trustee Irving H. Picard for the SIPA liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
