Lindsay McCall’s developing labor and employment practice focuses on litigation across a broad range of industries. She has assisted in defending both single-plaintiff and collective action cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour claims. She frequently conducts research and drafts motions and memoranda in defense of employers appearing before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as state and federal courts. Her measured and strategic approach to her practice also includes providing advice and counsel to clients on matters of compliance and employment best practices.
