Lisa Virgen's developing distribution and franchise practice encompasses a broad range of industries. She has considerable experience writing opinions for civil matters involving motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and remand, as well as drafting motions to suppress and preparing jury instructions for civil and criminal trials. Additionally, Lisa has represented taxpayers indebted to the IRS in front of the U.S. Tax Court.
