  • Assisted in drafting a petition for writ of mandate and the supporting memorandum of points and authorities following a motion for summary adjudication in employment class action.
  • Prepared ex parte application requesting leave to file additional declarations in support of the client’s opposition to a motion to confirm arbitration award.
  • In employment class action, assisted in drafting oppositions to a motion to remand and a motion to strike affirmative defenses in answer and in drafting motion for judgment on the pleadings challenging whether plaintiffs had a private right of action.
  • Conducted research regarding CERCLA contribution and cost recovery claims and admissibility of ancient documents under FRE 106.
  • Analyzed and counseled clients regarding California compliance issues related to product labeling and registration and Proposition 65 warnings.
