Overview

Maria Chabali represents clients in a range of traditional labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff employment discrimination cases and railroad whistleblower retaliation cases. She works closely with clients in order to understand their businesses and provides strategic counsel to help them attain their ultimate objectives.

Maria has performed in-depth research on various employment statutes, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA and FLSA. Her focus is on helping clients maintain positive relationships with their employees and guiding them through the complicated labor relations landscape.
