Marisa Kirio is an associate in the emerging companies and venture finance group in the Seattle office. She focuses her practice on corporate governance, securities and commercial transactions, and other general corporate matters. She helps financial institutions, public and private companies and individuals with debt and equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other strategic matters. Her interest in sustainable industries and social enterprises, combined with her experience working as a judicial law clerk in Delaware and a capital markets associate in New York, enables Marisa to provide clients with comprehensive and practical solutions.
