Overview

Marissa John brings a deep understanding of commercial real estate transactions to her practice, particularly in the areas of financing, leasing, raw land development, planned communities, acquisitions and dispositions. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements for private and public clients throughout the U.S. and Canada, including institutional lenders, investors, developers and professional sports teams. Hard-working and detail-oriented, she aims to apply her comprehensive skills in commercial real estate to service her client’s needs.
