Overview

Mark Zisholtz is a partner, the co-head of BakerHostetler’s Contingent Workforce practice team, and Legal Chair of ClubVMSA, a leading contingent labor industry association. His practice is noted for its focus on contingent labor, temporary staffing, payrolling of temporary labor, structuring independent contractor programs, and alternative workforce arrangements. He is deeply experienced in the business and law of temporary labor, employment law, contract drafting and negotiation, general counsel services, and resolving disputes. He is also frequently sought after for executive-level representation.

Mark is a national authority on independent contractors and payrolling of temporary W-2 workers, addressing matters from compliance through operations and strategic engagement. He regularly speaks across the country on a wide variety of employment law, contingent labor, and corporate matters. His background also includes resolving highly contentious disputes involving restrictive covenants, anti-discrimination laws, contingent labor/staffing and procurement matters, outsourcing and contract disputes, and much more.
