Martina Ellerbe steers her passion for problem solving toward labor and employment matters, with an emphasis on litigation, employment counseling, traditional labor law and immigration work. Her combination of employment law knowledge, litigation experience and involvement in business immigration issues offers clients a well-rounded approach to challenges in the workplace, and allows Martina to help provide them with practical advice and representation in arbitrations, immigration proceedings, collective bargaining and more.

Additionally, her insight on workplace risks associated with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act makes her a valuable resource for in-house counsel and human resources personnel. A comprehensive counsel, Martina's skills extend to responding to administrative charges filed with various governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
