Overview

Matthew Renick's experience working in the entertainment and media industry provides a strong foundation for his advertising, privacy and data protection practice. He works closely with clients to draft agreements that protect their intellectual property, including advertising agency template agreements, influencer agreements, and brand sponsorship agreements, as well as disclosures and disclaimers for use in advertisements. Additionally, Matthew assists in drafting official rules and related documentation for brand promotions, including sweepstakes and contests.

Notably, Matthew has experience representing clients in government investigations and in litigation in front of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Utilizing his knowledge of privacy and advertising compliance regulations, Matthew provides clients with valuable insight on how to protect their assets when making service agreements and transactions.
