Through his corporate transactions practice, Micah Brooks assists companies in managing legal risk and establishing clear strategy that puts them in a position for growth. With an educational background in finance, he is able to provide comprehensive counsel on a variety of corporate matters, including facilitating early-stage capital raises, advising on company formation and corporate restructuring, and leading negotiations for complex, high-dollar corporate transactions. Additionally, Micah has considerable experience handling corporate data privacy matters and advising on numerous privacy risks and regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Micah strives to offer his clients a complete view of their corporate matters, offering systemic, day-to-day support in order to help them achieve their goals.
