Overview

Mike Nagelberg is an associate in BakerHostetler’s environmental, political and litigation practices. His diverse background includes litigating high profile, cutting edge environmental, toxic tort and administrative law matters in both federal and state courts, as well as providing in-depth environmental litigation and risk due diligence to support several mergers and acquisitions. In addition to his environmental practice, Mike has experience litigating complex state and federal cases involving constitutional challenges, antitrust, bankruptcy, contractual disputes, securities matters and other civil litigation stemming from government and internal investigations. He further serves on attorney teams advising political action committees, candidates and other politically involved individuals and organizations on navigating federal and state campaign finance, election and “pay to play” laws.

Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Mike was an associate at a prominent international law firm. A creative problem solver and client advocate, Mike prides himself on deriving innovative legal strategies and solutions in a manner that translates across litigation areas and benefits clients in numerous industries.
