Overview

Michael Montgomery maintains a commercial litigation practice focused on the areas of unfair competition, intellectual property, construction, insurance, product liability, oil and gas, licensing, and contract disputes. Having spent three years as a law clerk to federal judges at both the trial and appellate levels, Michael approaches his practice with a perspective that is uniquely effective in addressing the thought processes of decision-makers. With a breadth of experience in complex commercial litigation, Michael examines all facets of the matters facing his clients to identify issues that may be missed with a more narrow view.
