Michael Taylor concentrates his practice on the representation of employers and trade associations in state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) enforcement litigation and rulemaking proceedings. He previously served as the general counsel of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, the federal agency in charge of adjudicating workplace safety and health disputes between OSHA and the regulated community. He also provides government inspection counseling, crisis management, accident investigations, catastrophe management, and whistleblower representation for clients. Michael represents clients in a broad range of industries, including, but not limited to, oil and gas, healthcare, nuclear energy, wind energy, refrigerated warehouse, grain, chemical, petrochemical, electric utility, manufacturing, construction, oilseed processors, food services, mineral processing, and automotive. A highly committed advocate, Michael's clients can rely on him to be present and engaged in any circumstance that arises in relation to OSHA matters across the country.
