Overview

Peter Knudsen creates and maintains patent portfolios for a variety of commercial and academic clients. He directed research labs at Harvard and Columbia universities before working as a patent agent in a New York patent law firm, where he was trained as a patent litigator. He later directed the law department of a pharmaceutical company. His current practice combines business acumen and patent strategy within the budget reality of competitive start-up companies, including assisting in creating contractual relationships for joint research.
