Overview

Quashondra Battle provides strategic counsel on data breach incident response best practices. Having a thorough knowledge of cybersecurity incident response laws and regulations, she is able to educate clients on applicable state and federal privacy laws, as well as the process of notifying state attorneys general and other federal agencies as required. Additionally, Quashondra works closely with clients to draft incident summaries and notice letters, and to develop a strategy for moving forward after a data breach has occurred. Drawing on her background handling complex litigation matters, Quashondra is able to clearly and concisely explain her clients' situations and provide the tools for them to protect their digital assets following a breach.
