Overview

Through her practice, Rachel Elwood represents and assists clients with all phases of litigation. She has considerable experience directing discovery initiatives, as well as drafting motions and briefs and preparing materials ahead of trial. She applies her hands-on approach to all of her cases, including representing clients in complex civil commercial and class actions involving antitrust, RICO claims and other intricate matters.

Notably, Rachel has handled numerous pro bono cases, representing clients in state administrative health benefits appeals and immigration law matters.
