Ragan Updegraff focuses his practice on international trade, including export controls and sanctions, foreign investment reviews, customs regulations and trade remedies. Utilizing his experience handling international trade litigation in front of government agencies, federal courts and the World Trade Organization, he provides practical, business-oriented advice on complex issues involving a wide range of regulatory requirements and litigation.
Prior to law school, Ragan was a Fulbright Research Fellow in Turkey before working in international development and journalism for several years. Ragan draws from his international professional and legal experiences to provide his clients zealous representation and a creative problem-solving approach to their matters.
