Overview

A creative problem-solver, Randal Meyer researches and drafts legal memoranda and briefs for the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals, state Supreme Courts and major trial matters. He co-authored 10 amicus briefs regarding cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and six regarding cases in U.S. circuit courts. As legislative counsel to Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Randal addressed comprehensive issues in the law, including matters relating to the judiciary as a whole, administrative law and appeals issues.

Randal has authored or co-authored 60 opinion pieces that appeared in outlets such as Newsweek, National Law Journal, Huffington Post, Forbes, New York Post, National Review Online and The Hill.
