Ray Burke concentrates his maritime practice on charter party and casualty matters, working with clients domestically and abroad. He has extensive experience advising on the construction of charter parties, and frequently acts as counsel for parties at arbitration. Ray has also handled cases involving collisions, allisions, groundings (and resultant spills), salvage matters, and the litigation or arbitration that flows from them.
