Robert Sowell is a litigation associate in the Orlando office of BakerHostetler. He represents clients in commercial litigation matters and business disputes throughout the United States, in both federal and state court and arbitration, including claims for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, deceptive and unfair trade practices, theft of trade secrets, and intellectual property disputes. Robert has experience in all aspects of managing complex litigation, ranging from discovery, to the drafting and arguing of dispositive motions.

Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Robert served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Carlos E. Mendoza of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
