  • Defending a consumer electronics manufacturer from a non-practicing entity asserting four patents related to biometric sensing.
  • Defending a client against a patent infringement claim related to hydraulic transmissions. Obtained favorable discovery rulings and an early stay pending the outcome of IPR proceedings to minimize client costs. Brookins v. Caterpillar Inc. (D. N. D. 2016 to present)

  • Assisted in obtaining a dismissal of a patent infringement claim against an electronics manufacturer by a patent owner in the Court of Federal Claims.
