Overview

Robert Leeson is a developing litigator with experience in all phases of litigation, from the start of discovery through post-trial motions. With an aptitude for creative solutions to broad problems, he draws from his engineering and business backgrounds to advise on the efficacy of long-term strategies and implementation of effective legal solutions. 

Robert’s developing practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution. He works primarily with patent matters, but also has experience working with matters that involve trademarks and copyrights, and has been involved in a variety of cases involving technology issues. Notably, Robert has experience with technologies involving computer networking, hardware, manufacturing and life sciences.

Also, drafting regulatory notice letters to state attorneys general.
  • Handled multiple discovery issues for various client matters, including: drafting request for productions, request for admissions and interrogatories; drafting responses to request for productions, request for admissions and interrogatories; and handling document review.
