Overview

Robert Leeson's developing practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and electrical, mechanical and computer science patent prosecution. He works primarily with patent matters, but he also has experience working with matters that involve trademarks and copyrights, and has been involved in a variety of cases involving technology issues. Drawing on his engineering and business background, Robert advises clients on the efficacy of long-term strategies and implementation of effective solutions to increase return on investment in their intellectual property and other assets. Notably, Robert has experience with technologies involving computer networking, hardware, manufacturing and life sciences.

Robert maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting individuals facing violations of their civil rights.

  • Handled multiple discovery issues for various client matters, including: drafting request for productions, request for admissions and interrogatories; drafting responses to request for productions, request for admissions and interrogatories; and handling document review.
