He works primarily with patent matters, but also has experience working with matters that involve trademarks and copyrights, and has been involved in a variety of cases involving technology issues. Notably, Robert has experience with technologies involving computer networking, hardware, manufacturing and life sciences.

<li>Obtained favorable settlement for client on the eve of trial in a civil rights enforcement action.</li>
<li>Presented oral argument in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and successfully defeated multiple summary judgment claims in a civil rights enforcement action.</li>
<li>Represented clients as local counsel in PA federal district court jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Conducted multiple eyewitnesses’ depositions involving medical professionals and correctional officers in a civil rights enforcement action.</li>
<li>Prepared patent applications and Office Action responses for clients in fields related to fluid dispensing technology, laboratory research equipment, medical instrumentation, sports stadium equipment, and manufacturing tools and technology.</li>
<li>Prepared patent strategy documentation for a beverage packing company to assist in developing strategies for the client to ensure protection of existing and future intellectual property rights.</li>
<li>Assisted clients with handling a data breach security incident involving hundreds of educational and non-profits institutions, including drafting incident notification letters for individuals affected by the incident and drafting closing memorandums with recommendations to clients based on forensic expert reports. Also, drafting regulatory notice letters to state attorneys general.</li>
<li>Handled multiple discovery issues for various client matters, including: drafting request for productions, request for admissions and interrogatories; drafting responses to request for productions, request for admissions and interrogatories; and handling document review.</li>
