Ben Barnes is a member of BakerHostetler's Information Governance team, working with clients to develop records retention schedules, document retention and deletion policies, and data maps. He also applies his experience to help clients prepare for electronic discovery and develop electronic discovery plans.

Ben is also a member of the BakerHostetler team serving as court-appointed counsel to the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (BLMIS), an unprecedented recovery effort involving hundreds of actions. Paying keen attention to detail, Ben works tirelessly to provide the best service possible.
