  • Assisted in the defense of a drilling rig operator in multi-million-dollar arbitration related to contractual liability for a change-in-law provision.
  • Provided assistance to a Mexican labor union seeking U.S. discovery in order to trade and recover stolen assets.
  • Represented engineer against misrepresentation claims related to the construction of a polyethylene plant.
  • Represented general contractor in $2 million delay claim against the owner related to construction of an airport runway and concerning engineering design issues, lime stabilization requirements, as well as quantities calculations for excavation and embankment.
  • Lead associate in case involving breach of contract, fraud and tortious interference related to the construction of a WWII era grass turf runway. Negotiated settlement prior to trial.
