Overview

Scott Fishwick has a wide range of experience in complex litigation matters, including securities class actions, corporate derivative suits, criminal and civil enforcement proceedings, contract disputes, and real estate disputes. Scott’s broad practice includes representation of major public companies and their officers and directors, as well as prominent individuals and closely held businesses in courtrooms throughout the country, and in all phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeals. Scott represents clients in an equally wide range of industries, including technology, retail, financial services, real estate, consumer products, and entertainment.

Scott previously worked at two international law firms in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. He also served as law clerk to the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
