Sean Holder is an experienced attorney in the Intellectual Property Group who focuses primarily on domestic and international patent prosecution. He is routinely relied upon for the most complex and deeply technical patent portfolios of the firm. He has a unique and well-rounded background that provides an extra level of creativity and dependability, making him a standout in navigating difficult legal situations.

Sean manages patent portfolios for several large multinational companies and world-class universities. He also serves as lead IP counsel for several small companies and startups. Sean also regularly engages in opinion work, licensing, litigation and other intellectual property and data-related counseling.
