Overview

Seth Engel focuses his practice on cross border mergers and acquisitions, with additional experience in international dispute resolution, criminal law and arbitration. Having previously worked as an attorney in France and New York, he has a depth of experience with clients investing in Europe and the United States. Seth has also represented startup and emerging growth companies and venture investors in all stages of a company’s life cycle.
