• Represented small and large size corporations in all aspects of trademark portfolio management, including clearance searches, prosecution and enforcement, in copyright counseling and registration.
• Developed and managed trademark enforcement strategy, including preparing and responding to cease and desist letters, analyzing and investigating domain name cybersquatting and other internet disputes, and filing UDRP proceedings.

• Conducted internal investigation of alleged non-compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-bribery regulations.
