Stephanie has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, taking depositions, pretrial motions, mediation and arbitration.

Select Experience

  • Helped investigate and prosecute claims on behalf of more than 200 families and seven industrial timber companies in litigation against a large utility company for losses suffered by the Douglas County, Oregon community from the Archie Creek Complex Fires of 2020.
