Capitalizing on her intellectual property experience gleaned during her clerkship in the District of Delaware, Stephanie Papastephanou maintains a practice focused on patent prosecution and litigation. With an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and a Master of Science in chemistry, Stephanie is well-equipped to serve clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

During her clerkship, Stephanie primarily assisted with patent litigation, which included assistance with the resolution of summary judgment motions related to patent infringement and validity, as well as claim construction decisions.
