Overview

Steve Rocci is an experienced intellectual property lawyer whose more than 35-year practice encompasses primarily patent litigation, counseling and licensing. He draws from his background as an electronics and computer engineer to assist clients in the areas of computer software and hardware, internet, web and database technologies, telecommunications, semiconductors, e-commerce technologies and business methods, as well as various mechanical arts. He has litigated scores of high-stakes patent cases for major national and international technology companies in federal courts throughout the country. Steve has also litigated trademark, copyright and trade secret cases, and litigates patent validity in the U.S. Patent Office through inter partes review (IPR) and covered business (CBM) proceedings.
