Overview

Taylor Harduvel focuses her practice on employment law, representing clients in state and federal court on employment issues, including matters that arise under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and equivalent state statutes. In addition, Taylor has defended large corporate clients in Title III ADA website and hotel accessibility cases.

Taylor also assists clients with reviewing and drafting employment handbooks and other policies.

Taylor's prior experience as a federal extern with the VA provided her with valuable experience drafting motions for summary judgment regarding employment claims such as hostile work environment harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
