A labor and employment lesson plan that works

From gender equality in the workplace, wage and hour, and immigration to tax and healthcare reforms, union organizing, trade secret protections, and employment in the gig economy, today’s employers face a constant stream of hot button employment issues that can potentially paralyze a business of any size, in any industry, at any time.

That’s why, for six years, hundreds of general counsel, in-house lawyers, C-suite executives, directors of labor and human resources departments, and business owners across the country have taken part in our Labor and Employment Master Class. The daylong program offers 12 high-level courses – such as “#MeToo Status: Claims, Investigations, Retaliations, Litigation”; “Union Organizing Through Social Justice Campaigns”; and “Gig Workers, Joint Employment and the New Economy” – that address real employment issues, challenges and opportunities for employers in today’s rapidly changing environment. Participants customize their course schedule to best suit their business, and each session features attorneys from BakerHostetler’s Labor and Employment practice.

For both unionized and non-unionized employers, our Master Class has been the lesson plan to help them navigate and overcome today’s real-world employment challenges.
