Tom Kahle is an experienced healthcare finance and transactional lawyer who focuses his practice on the needs of mission-driven, not-for-profit healthcare providers. He has represented clients on all sides of affiliation and financing transactions, giving him insight and understanding of the ways in which opposing sides may view an issue. Clients frequently retain Tom after initial representation because of his knowledge of their industries and the corporate climates surrounding them.
