Overview

As a member of the firm's Office of the Chairman, Jim Ollinger provides general oversight of all of the firm's internal retirement plans and employee benefits arrangements, including investment and financial responsibility for these programs. Jim has significant experience in the area of employee benefits, as he previously led the firm's Employee Benefits team , which he founded in 1970. His background combines legal knowledge of employee benefits with an understanding of investment and actuarial concepts and practical experience of actual plan administration.

Jim has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© in the area of Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law for more than 25 years. He has written extensively on employee benefit subjects and has lectured frequently throughout the U.S. on these topics.
