Webinar: Advancing All Women in the Workforce

Events / Tuesday, November 30, 2021
3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET

Zoom

In 2001, Dr. Ella Bell Smith co-authored Our Separate Ways, in which she revealed how women of color were not advancing in the workplace in comparison to white females. In the last 20 years, not much has changed, in fact, women as a group are not advancing in a timely fashion. We’ll engage in a candid conversation with Dr. Ella Bell Smith to help us understand the barriers that stop women from advancing and what can be done to really make a difference in your company for all women.  Now with an updated preface and epilogue to meet the global moment of racial and gender reckoning, the newly rereleased Our Separate Ways will be sent to the first 50 ChIPsters who register and attend the program.
